■"QUESTION TIMES" - A NEWSPAPER FROM LILFY STUDIO
"Question Times" is a newspaper-style letter from LILFY STUDIO, filled with questions to help you get to know yourself better, along with little messages from LILFY. There's space to write your answers directly on the paper, so why not take some time to fill them in on a day off or during a quiet moment to yourself?
Of course, you don't have to share your answers with anyone. You can tear them up and throw them away, or keep them and look back on them someday. It's entirely up to you!
One of the most fun parts is the "YOU IN [MONTH]" section. It's a little monthly check-in with yourself, where you might just discover how much you've grown or changed along the way.
There are so many things about ourselves that we think we know, but actually don't. So let's get to know ourselves a little better, become better friends with ourselves, and learn to enjoy all the ups and downs of life!

■CUTE & ORIGINAL GOODIES
Every month, you'll receive a new collection of stickers and printed goodies featuring things like handmade plushies, along with colorful, originally designed papers.
Every item is originally designed and created by LILFY STUDIO. We don't use AI in our creative process. Instead, we take our time, creating everything by hand with lots of care and joy.
Use your stickers and prints to decorate your journal, notebook, or favorite little spaces. There are no rules—have fun and make them your own!

All dates and times are in Japan Standard Time (JST).

・Your first month: Your subscription will begin with the issue for the month in which you join . Your first mail will be shipped within one week of joining.
・Monthly joining deadline: 11:59 PM (JST) on the last day of each month.
Example:
Joining by November 30 at 11:59 PM (JST)→ Start receiving issues from November issue.
Joining on December 1 at 12:00 AM (JST) → Start receiving issues from December issue.
・From your second month onward: Your subscription will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month (JST), and your mail will be shipped during the first week of that month.

[SUBSCRIPTION EXAMPLES]
If you sign up by November 30 at 11:59 PM (JST):
- Your November issue will be shipped within one week of joining.
- Your December issue will be shipped during the first week of December.
If you sign up on or after December 1 at 12:00 AM (JST):
- Your December issue will be shipped within one week of joining.
- Your January issue will be shipped during the first week of January.

・Shipping fee is included in the subscription price.
・All packages are sent via standard international mail without tracking.
・Available shipping destinations: Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
・This subscription item must be purchased separately from other LILFY STUDIO products.
・You can update your shipping address and payment method, pause your subscription, or skip a month through the Subscription tab on your account page.
・If your package hasn't arrived within four week of receiving your shipping notification (for deliveries within Japan), please contact us through our contact form. Please note that we may not be able to send a replacement if more than four weeks have passed since shipment, depending on stock availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions.

Q. When is the monthly joining deadline?
A. Joining by 11:59 PM (JST) on the last day of the month to receive that month's issue.

Q. When will I be charged?
A. From your second month onward, your subscription will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month (JST).

Q. Can I cancel my subscription? When is the cancellation deadline?
A. You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Subscription tab on your account page. To avoid being charged for the following month's issue, please cancel by 11:59 PM (JST) on the last day of the current month.
[Example] If you wish to stop your subscription starting with the December issue, please cancel by November 30 at 11:59 PM (JST).

Q. Will past issues be available?
A. We plan to offer past issues for individual purchase, while supplies last.
