We cannot guarantee changes, but if you need to update your shipping address or exchange/add items, please contact us via our Contact Us Page within 48 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet entered production or been shipped.

You can request a return through your order status within 7 days of receiving your items. If your return is accepted, we will process your refund after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons or what an order is returned to us due to to absence, refusal of delivery, or other similar reasons. (Even if the order qualified for free shipping, customers are responsible for the actual shipping costs incurred for both the original shipment and the return.) We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns.
