Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the packing slip or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please submit return requests directly from their order status page. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns.
If your return is accepted, we will process your refund after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Please note that damage caused by user error is not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that refunds are limited to the product price only. Original shipping fees and any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.
