Shipping
Can children use the products?
Our product are designed for adults. If children use them, please ensure they are supervised by an adult.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You can request a return through your order status within 7 days of receiving your items. If your return is accepted, we will process your refund after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Please note that for returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We cannot accept items sent as cash on delivery (COD) or items returned without prior approval.
Please be advised that we do not offer direct exchanges.

How can I stay updated on new arrivals?
We share updates via our newsletter, so we recommend subscribing. We also post updates on Instagram @lilfystudio, so feel free to check it out.
How do I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account, please submit a request through our inquiry form.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our products are already packaged in a way suitable for gifting, so we do not offer additional gift wrapping options. Each item comes with a message card, so you’re welcome to write a personal note for your recipient.

What shipping methods do you use?
We will select one of the following shipping methods based on your order and destination.
[International] International: Japan Post (UGX), Yamato Transport, DHL, or FedEx
[Domestic (Japan) ] Domestic (Japan): Japan Post, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order details, as outlined below. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.
Important: Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are NOT included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

North America (United States, Canada): $24
Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): $24
Switzerland: $28
Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea): $18
【Domestic】
Japan: ¥700~1,400

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
United States, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Switzerland
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on our Order Tracking page.
If you have an account: Log in to your account and go to your order history. Click on your order to view the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
If you checked out as a guest: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Click the tracking link in that email to follow your delivery. You can also return to your order status page at any time by clicking the "View your order" button in your confirmation email, or by using the link you saved at the time of checkout.

Orders
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee changes, but if you need to update your shipping address or exchange/add items, please contact us via our Contact Us Page within 48 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet entered production or been shipped.
What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
How do I place an order?
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. Guest checkout is also available.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Guest checkout is available. But creating an account allows you to easily view your order history and enjoy a faster checkout experience for future purchases. If you check out as a guest, you can track your order through the confirmation email.
How can I request a receipt?
You can request a receipt by following these ways:
Before Checkout: There is a field at checkout where you can request a receipt, so please write your request in the field. We will send it to you by email afterward.
After Checkout: Please let us know through our Contact Form. We will send it to you by email.
